What we keep, and why.

Placeholder policy: replace this text with your own, reviewed by a lawyer, before launch.

Parallel Management, LLC (“Parallel”, “we”) runs this website and the fund behind it. This page explains what happens to the details you send us. It is a template: every figure and name below is an example.

What we collect

  • Pitches: your email address, a one-line description of your company and, if you choose to tell us, who passed on it and why.

  • Correspondence: anything you write to decks@parallel.fund or letters@parallel.fund, and our replies.

How we use it

To read your pitch and answer it: both partners read every submission, and we reply within ten days, yes or no. We don’t add you to a mailing list, sell your details or share them with anyone outside the partnership, except advisers who are bound to confidentiality.

How long we keep it

Pitches we decline are kept for 24 months so that we can answer a follow-up, then deleted. Pitches we back become part of our investment records, which we keep for the life of the fund and as long after as the law requires.

Cookies and hosting

This site is hosted by Framer, which may set strictly necessary cookies and records basic traffic statistics, and which serves the fonts. We add no advertising or tracking of our own. The pitch form is handled by Framer’s form service, which passes your submission to us. If you add analytics or another form service, update this section.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time. Write to decks@parallel.fund and we will reply within a month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Accessibility

We built this site to be read with a keyboard and a screen reader, and to respect the “reduce motion” setting on your device. If something on the site doesn’t work for you, tell us and we will fix it.

Colophon

This issue is set in Newsreader, a typeface for long reading by Production Type, with Instrument Sans for the small print. Printed in the browser on 100% post-consumer pixels. No trees were harmed; several laptop fans were mildly inconvenienced.

Paper: #F4F1EA. Ink: #141414. One bottle of oxblood, used sparingly and signed out by both partners.
